The apartment called 'EDERA' is green color and is composed of two double bedrooms and one bathroom for 4 guests + 2 bed added.The furnishing are perfectly matching with the beams of the ceiling. Each room, ready at your arrival, is furnished of heating and conditioning, fridge, Tv color, free Wi-fi, dries, linens, bath towels, outdoor whirlpool (maximum 4 people), outdoor barbecue, private parking, relaxing areas. This is all includde in the rate (IVA included). Little dogs are allowed but only with kennel. Smoking is prohibited everywhere indoors, daily cleaning service is not includede. Tourist tax is not included in the rate and must be payed cash.

From 2019 the whole structure composed by "Edera" apartment and "Ginestra" apartment, internally connected, are rented for minimun 3 night with the use of the kitchen-dining room placed on edge of the apartment "Ginestra"; the whole structure therefore has 6 beds + 2 beds/crib added. The price is euro 240,00 in hight season and euro 150,00 in low season for 1 night.
