The apartment called "GINESTRA" is yellow color and is composed of a double bedrooms with bathroom for 2 guests + 1 bed added. The room, ready at your arrival, is furnished of heating and conditioning, Tv color, fridge, free Wi-fi, dries, linens, bath towels, outdoor whirlpool (maximum  people), outdoor barbecue, private parking, relaxing areas. This is all included in the rate (IVA included). Little dogs are allowed but only with kennel. Smoking is prohibited everywhere indoors. Daily cleaning servic is not included. Tourist tax is not included in the rate and must be payed cash.

From 2019 the whole structure, "Ginestra" and "Edera" apartments internally connected, are rented for minimum 3 night with the use of the kitchen - dining rom placed on the edge of the apartment "Ginestra";the whole structure therefore has 6 beds + 2 beds/crib added. The price is euro 240,00 for the hight season and euro 150,00 for the low season for 1 night.
